Planning Your Care and Support
Our Social Care teams are here to help you maintain your wellbeing if you have a mental health need or disability, are an older person or an informal carer.
Our Statutory Teams, in partnership with Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Council, support local residents in the following ways:

Advice and Information
We will support you to access advice and information which will help you lead independent, active and healthy lives and take steps which may reduce your future need for care and support.

Safeguarding
We work with our local partners to protect people who are vulnerable, and may be at risk of neglect harm or abuse.

Liberty Protection Safeguards
We ensure safeguards are in place to ensure people in care homes and hospitals are looked after in a way that does not inappropriately restrict their freedom.

Occupational Therapy
We provide practical support which enables you to carry out essential activities of daily living, with the aim of maintaining or improving independence.
