Supported Employment is a flexible and continuous process, designed to help individuals to obtain or maintain employment. Our training shop offers individuals a supportive space to learn a range of skills required to enter the job market. The team work alongside individuals in the shop helping to build:

  • Confidence
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Retail skills 
  • Team working skills 
  • Customer service
  • Communication skills
  • Time management
  • Cultural awareness
  • Stock Control
  • IT skills

Our team help individuals to progress towards their employment goals, supporting individuals working in our training shop to continue to look for long term paid employment.
