Optalis hold a successful Recruitment Open Day!

On Wednesday June 25, Optalis' HR Team held an open afternoon for members of the public interested in working in our Homecare Team. The afternoon was really successful, with around 20 members of the public turning up to speak to HR staff and Homecare managers. We had all different types of candidates visiting our Trinity Court Head Office to learn about our current vacancies. In the main, we had experienced homecare workers dropping by to see us, as they were particularly interested to hear about our excellent training programme. We took the opportunity to tell them all about our new 20 hours per week contract (which can be applied for after a successful probation period).

Staff were on hand all afternoon to help candidates if they needed guidance on filling in the application form, writing a personal statement, or even if they just wanted an informal chat about what the role they were interested in, involved.
