Supported Employment Service Celebrates a Decade of Excellence

The Supported Employment Service (SES) is delighted to announce that it has achieved Support with Confidence accreditation for a tenth year, marking a decade of providing top-tier support to people seeking employment opportunities.

Support with Confidence is a Trading Standards and Adult Social Care directory and vetting scheme, designed to raise standards and instil confidence in those in need of care and support. The accreditation process involves a rigorous evaluation of an organisation's training and practices. The Supported Employment Team have consistently demonstrated their commitment to meeting these stringent requirements, ensuring high quality support for those who use the service.

"We are immensely proud to have received the Support with Confidence accreditation for a tenth year," said Donna Morgans, Head of Supported Employment Services.

"This milestone reflects our unwavering commitment to helping individuals overcome employment challenges and gain the confidence they need to thrive in the workforce. We believe that everyone deserves a fair chance to explore their potential and realize their dreams, and our continuous dedication to excellence and quality service provision underscores this belief."
