Extra Care Housing gives you the freedom of having your own home, while knowing help is available if and when you need it.
You'll have your own front door, your own routine and your own space, with the reassurance of a friendly community and support close by.
The schemes are designed for people aged 55 and over and offer comfortable, modern apartments in welcoming neighbourhoods.

Our team are here to provide care support when you need and/or want additional help:

• Personal care, washing, dressing
• Help to coordinate your care with other agencies/ professionals who can support you
