Pinehaven Day Service hold their annual Fete

Our day service for older people based at Pinehaven Day Centre and Cockayne Court sheltered accommodation, holds its annual summer fete on Friday July 26, 2013 between 11am and 3pm. Stalls will sell arts and crafts and plants, amongst other wares, and there will be facepainting, live music, and raffles.
Optalis’ activities coordinator Angela Brench, who helped organise the fete, said: “We get really good attendance of around 100 people every year, and we’re hoping that the sun is out and shining on that day to ensure the event is a success!”

Earley Day Service celebrates 10 year anniversary
Optalis’ learning disability day service (Earley branch) will be celebrating their anniversary - on Thursday July 11- of providing 10 years of care and support to adults with a learning disability. A barbeque will be held at the Crescent Resource Centre, where the team of staff are based, along with a disco and arts and crafts displays.
