How to access Microsoft Copilot and what's changed

Microsoft has recently changed how Copilot is delivered across Microsoft 365.

For premium Copilot licence users there is no change.

For standard Copilot users, which is most of Optalis, you can continue to use Copilot through these routes:

• Through this link Microsoft Copilot: Your AI companion
• Through the apps launcher which you find in the top left corner of the screen

Copilot no longer appears directly within desktop Office applications so please use these web routes for access and Microsoft continues to develop Copilot and related services, so future changes are likely. We will let you know as developments happen.
