Homecare CQC inspection is Good in every category

The inspection report and findings were officially published on 5 March and we are delighted that the service has been judged as providing effective, well-led, safe, caring and responsive services.

Assistant Director Provider Services Helen Woodland said, “We are particularly pleased that customers and their loved ones commented to the CQC inspectors that they found Homecare staff to be very caring and knowledgeable about the customer’s needs, which is so important to us as an organisation, to not only live up to our values but to be acknowledged for this key aspect. One family member comment was: “We find the frontline team to be friendly, well trained and knowledgeable and they have made a real difference to the quality of life my [relative] enjoys in their twilight years… They have never let my [relative] down whatever the weather or their staffing levels…”
