Homecare Service receives full compliance rating from CQC

The START Team get refreshed!

The START team have recently undergone refresher training sessions which were delivered by Reablement UK over a two-day period.

The team needed a refresher to re-enforce the purpose of promoting independence to the customers who have access to our team. The main focus of the training was reablement.

Our Long Term Support Team complete extra training

LTS Manager Michelle Parry, along with Pinehaven's Activities Coordinator Angela Brench and the Long Term Support Seniors (both Community and Cockayne Court), recently attended some Bee Inspired Dementia Care Training. The purpose of the the training was to give them a more in-depth understanding of leadership in dementia care; and the skills and confidence to develop the team.
