Our friendly team are here to help people with physical disabilities and long term health issues, such as Parkinson’s and strokes. Our Tuesday and Thursday sessions are just for people that are living with Dementia, from early-stage up to people with more complex needs. We serve refreshments throughout the day along with a nutritious hot lunch that can be catered to dietary needs.

Our team are here to help people with a range of support needs, from medication to personal care or emotional support. We encourage individuals to bring along any aids they prefer to use so that they feel safe and comfortable while they are with us.

We offer a program of activities, the chance to enjoy good company, have a chat and an entertaining day, with support from caring and trained staff.

Activities can include…

  •  CST (cognitive stimulation therapy)
  • Reminiscence
  •  Arts and crafts
  • Games and quizzes
  •  Armchair exercises
  •  Singing and music
  •  Gardening
  • Cooking
  •  Visits from entertainers
  • Trips to local attractions
