Staff
Highly qualified staff, with all Care and Activity Officers trained to NVQ level 3 (Promoting Independence).
Keyworkers are assigned to individuals attending the day centre, to ensure that your needs are being met.
Food
We offer a sandwich delivery service at lunchtime. Customers are welcome to bring their own packed lunch
or a microwave meal.
Transport
We do offer transport, but capacity is limited. We can discuss transport needs with you, when you contact
us.
Activities
A programme of regular activities is available both within the day centre itself, and the local community.

The services you receive and the activities that you take part in will take into account your social,
religious and cultural needs.
If you are not able to manage a full day, morning or afternoon sessions are available.

Opening times
Westmead is open between 9am and 4pm, Mondays to Thursdays; and between 9am and 3pm on
Fridays. We are closed on bank holidays and at weekends.
