Optalis joins the National Care Forum

The National Care Forum represents the interests of health and social care providers like Optalis bringing together 105 organisations that are committed to providing outstanding care. The Forum has become a leading voice of the care sector, promoting the benefits of not-for-profit care provision to government, policy advisers, public commissioners, consumers and other health care bodies.

As a member of the NCF Optalis will have access to a number of resources, support and useful insights into the care sector as well as opportunities to attend meetings and conferences.

We have also signed up to the NCF Quality First Commitment which is a national recognised mark of quality and underlines our pledge to provide outstanding care and support. See more about Quality First here.

Optalis CEO Martin Farrow said: "Joining the NCF gives us the chance to share our expertise, learn from other providers, as well as measuring our service against others in the sector. We’re really excited to have joined so many like-minded organisations and adding our voice to the care conversation.” See the NCF website here.

Vic Rayner, Executive Director of the National Care Forum stated: “I am delighted that Optalis has joined the National Care Forum. They are an organisation working at the heart of their community - providing wide ranging high quality care and support to over 5000 individuals in the workplace, through day services and supporting people where they live.

She went on to say: “Optalis are a great example of a new not-for-profit organisation showing great flexibility and responsiveness to meet individuals’ needs.”
