Team Support Officer (Supported Employment Service)- Fixed Term

Hours:  37 hours per week (Fixed Term January – June 2018)

Salary:  £22,434 pro-rata, per annum

Post Description:  An exciting secondment opportunity within SES!

We are looking for someone to work as our Team Support Officer!  

You will be based at Optalis Head Office, Trinity Court and work alongside and directly support the work of a busy and respected Supported Employment Service, ensuring the continued delivery of high quality service.

This role will see you assisting the Service Manager with three contracts and the day to day running of the service which will include: Providing reports, forecasting, maintaining and updating our reporting systems. Be able to respond promptly to service needs and the ability to prioritise service demands. You’ll engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders and be the first point of contact for our clients, families and carers.

This role is interesting, challenging and rewarding. As a Team Support Officer you will be required to work in a fast paced environment, taking new ideas and challenges on board quickly to ensure a high quality service. With some understanding of health and social care, you will have previous work experience from which you can demonstrate the required skills for the role.

You will be required to manage complex workloads, demonstrating high levels of attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Most of all you'll be enthusiastic, passionate and willing to learn to support us in the achievement of our service and company goals in line with our internal policies and procedures.

You will need to have strong analytical and written skills and be confident in analysing large amounts of data of all types to produce detailed written reports. You will be a good communicator, and have the ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders and people across a range of organisations at all levels and in multiple settings.

You’ll be able to demonstrate experience of having previously worked in a complex, multifaceted environment.
