Deputy Manager – Extra Care
The Extra Care Services range from 34 -64 self-contained apartments to support older people to live independently in the security and privacy of their own home, with additional on-site facilities and in the knowledge that Optalis provide a 24 hours, 365 day presence and personal care service.
Optalis is recruiting a Deputy Manager to join them at this exciting time to support the Registered Manager in the daily running and management of the Extra Care Services. The role will hold responsibility of ensuring the services are compliant in all relevant regulatory requirements. This role will include leading the senior team in creating and updating accurate person centred care plans for each individual customer.
The Deputy Manager plays a key role within the service so the best possible person centred care is delivered and is the source of support, information and guidance for the staff team, external partners/professionals and customers.
